Update for Gnome 43

Pretty cut and dry, works on 42 but I recently upgraded to 43. Probably just needs a version bump somewhere, but should probably test it to be sure.

Unfortunately it doesn't looks like just a trivial version bump, I tried just manually updating the shell version in the metadata and it doesn't work on Gnome 43 in its current state

Any updates on this for Gnome 43? Really curious to try something like this out on 43.

Have raised a PR for this: https://github.com/zaidka/mutter-primary-gpu/pull/5. Currently very basic but should work in theory (waiting on an eGPU to test with). Can be installed manually by checking out that branch.
