Support entered text after suffix?

First, thank you for a great tool! I'm wondering how difficult it would be to modify this so the user can enter text AFTER the fixed suffix, in addition to before, all in the same textview? I'd be very grateful for any hints on accomplishing this, or if there are any known tools which can do this.
