Pre-compiled binaries for Arm64 machines running Windows

It's seems like no any messages about the win_amd64 version. :-(

Hi, I am working on a WOA (Windows On Arm64) computer, and my project need the dlib, but the arm64 version dlib automatic build was failed when I try to use pip install dlib and I can't fix it anyway. Than, I am looking for dlib for WOA, but it seems that there is no dlib for Windows arm64 related content worldwide. So when I search for your pre built dlib repository, I wanna like to know if my request is supported.

I'm sorry, I don't have access to a Arm64 machine running Windows to generate the pre-compiled binaries. However, I'll keep it in mind for future updates.

Did you follow all the steps to build dlib in your system or did you just run pip install dlib?
