Move download queue to the right side of the UI

CPod version: 1.27.1

Description: Currently if you mass download (because you haven't listened to podcasts for a week lol) the queue list covers half the UI for the podcast list on a 1920x1080 resolution when the height is at full height. So now you can't interact or see your current queue until the downloads are finished.
