Problem from other server
I am a POE player from TaiWan server and seems like it doesn't work on our server. The compass can not work normally, for example, the timer won't start, the exits can not been shown. I think the game client path is fine since if I locate it to another folder, it said "unable to locate poe installation". When I set the path to the correct folder, it will be fine. The Problem is language i guess. Have a look in LabCompass/common/src/worker/logwatcher.cpp You probably just Need to Change the sentences listed here (like "Izaro: Ascend with precision.") to the corresponding sentences in your language. So finding the correct translations is something you could already start with to help make the tool compatible for different languages :P
once we gathered the correct translations for other languages, yznpku can probably update this in less than one hour ;)
