Cancelling request in before doesn't trigger application error handlers

Currently having an issue with cancelling requests in before method. When throwing Observable.throw({...}) the error handler in HttpInterceptorConnection is triggered stopping any actions in the app. Ideally a cancelled request...

Fetch requests not captured

I'm debugging a problem with the interceptor. It is working properly with all the XHR requests, but it is not handling the Fetch requests. Is it currently implemented?
