Delete while editing cookie content deletes cookie

Steps to reproduce

1. Select an existing cookie and click on the pencil to allow editing.
2. Tab to the next field that's not empty (or make a selection with your mouse)
3. Press "delete" on your keyboard.

Expected behavior

Selection gets deleted

Actual behavior

Cookie gets deleted
