Doesn't copy modified, created, accessed timestamps (update README ?)

Hi,

rusync copy and creates new files but there are no archive option like cp has or --times flag like rsync has.

I understand the project is done and adding this either as a default or as an option can take some time but maybe the README could be updated ?
