where is the correct method to place expandableTableView.scrollToRow(at: indexPath, at: .top, animated: true)

this refractor works better than the previous git.

however, the default expandableTableView.scrollToRow(at: indexPath, at: .top, animated: true) which works well with the old ynexpandabletableview seems to be buggy in this current build.

where should be the correct method that i should place the call?
