2025.8 update causes kinst2 blue loading to be very slow

After the blue loading screen is done, the game seems to run fine like before on the previous version.

Tested on iphone 16 pro max and iPad Pro m1. Turning on DRC helps, but causes stutters on iPad Pro m1.
