MAME4iOS crashes after compiling

MAME4iOS is crashing after compiling on devices with iOS 16.x and iOS 17.x also compiled for MacOS 14.5 and it keeps crashing for both versions 0.139u1 and 0.265

Without logs or details, if I were to guess, it sounds like a lack of entitlements.
