build extension path error

I use xcodegen to generate the workspace and build my project

I ran into this error

Failed to open
/Users/okoo/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/<Device ID>/data/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.p4UJ9a/extracted/Payload/MyAppEnterprise.app/PlugIns/ShareExtensionEnterprise.appex/ShareExtensionEnterprise

I am curious if anyone can give me the pointer/guess on how is this path generated? Is there an env or setting somewhere in Xcode to set this path?
