Bug: Nuke - PR #5780 extracts thumbnail from Nuke slate

Current Behavior:

The PR General: thumbnail extractor as last extractor #5780 changes order of Thumbnail extraction. When applied, and Nuke slate is published, thumbnail is extracted from the slate instead of the "main" output, when using farm publish

Expected Behavior:

The thumbnail should not be extracted from the slate.

What platform you are running OpenPype on?

Windows

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Publish Nuke render on Deadline farm. Make sure Nuke slate is present
2. Check published thumbnail. It is extracted from the Slate.
