Enhancement: Ayon Launcher app need to incorporate OP running version check

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
When already running Ayon Launcher and OP version had changed on the server side there is no any sort of notification that user running different version to production as in legacy OP and that some user action need to take place (Closing of the Launcher and its restart to get up to date OP ver)
Currently there is no way to know about this other than closing Ayon Launcher app and start it again to get it updated to server OP version set as Production.
Its pretty common that users do not shut tray Launcher app very often and running it for a long period of time which can lead to version mismatch with server side.
How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?
Similar to legacy OP version, sort of notification by Launcher app that user running different version of OP compared to current Production version running on the Server.
