我对幂等的理解。 就是只要请求不变，那么请求的结果，对资源本身没有影响，不管发多少次，结果相同。

有一个问题，如果用户访问一个资源，但要求该资源每次被请求访问时访问量 +1，该如何设计 API，是否能保证幂等？
