Expectations for a store: mention orders other that total global ordering

As detailed in the chat thread on the commit here: https://github.com/ylorph/RandomThoughts/commit/7c6c703de7743caf52976a7ee28e27ec2fdcf3d0, I feel the expectations for a store article - see discussion would be enhanced by including some basic mention of slightly less complete ordering whereupon useful things can still be built.
