Threshold and push notifications for unresponsive badge
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I noticed, that some devices tend to have longer update intervals than others. For example the Tradfri signal repeater sometimes sends no message for 3-4 hours and this seems to be normal for this device. But Z2MA currently already shows a yellow unresponsive badge when the device has not been updated for 1 hour. It would also be nice to receive a push notifications (Pushover/Pushbullet) when a device gets this badge.
Describe the solution you'd like An option for setting a custom unresponsive threshold for every device. A global option to enable/disable push notifications.
Describe alternatives you've considered The device specific threshold is automatically fetched from a device database like the thumbnail icon.
