fix: rebase v2 branch off master to resolve conflicts

This PR rebases v2 off master to resolve conflicts on in package.json.

hi @dmonad, I am interested in utilizing y-websockets and am running into the issues described in #73:

Error [ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED]: Package subpath './bin/utils.js' is not defined by "exports"

I believe #89 is intended to resolve that issue. Other than rebasing v2 off of master (as done here), what other blockers are required to release v2? Would love to help if I can. Thank you.
