Cannot Load model weights in out_dir_r101 folder.

After cloning the repository and running the build steps, the model weight is not getting loaded in the out_dir_r101 folder.

/out_dir_r101/icdar2013_model/model_ic13_r101.pth

How to load model weights like these. Which step leads to loading of weights in this folder

Just download them from : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/18Ll-3bAmi4CR2eGTuM-j6fkMrSAaBV4Z It should be fine
