Build release JAR for latest version

A colleague recently hit https://github.com/yeswehack/PwnFox/issues/14, while it was fixed in the master branch, they simply downloaded the latest Release JAR as is advised in the installation instructions: https://github.com/yeswehack/PwnFox#installation

The problem is that release v1.0.3 is from Apr 28, 2021, while the latest commit to the burp/ folder to fix #14 was later in May 7, 2021.

@B-i-t-K Could you re-build the master branch version and upload it as the new latest Release so less people hit this already fixed issue?

PS. Is there a reason this extension is not on the BApp Store directly?
