[Feature] dash command, list project iteration historys in dash, and them can be released manually

add sub-command for gitlab-flow dash:

# list flow all historys: feature, hotfix, conflict-resolves
gitlab-flow dash history list

# remove historys: 
gitlab-flow dash history remove
