Greplace doesnt change buffer

After I edit the list, when I :Greplace, the command doesnt change the buffer, the problem seems exist in skwp/greplace.vim also.. see in issue section.. does any one know how to solve this? I am using macvim version 7.4

This problem should be fixed in the latest version of the plugin. Can you try the latest version?
