dragging a dashboard widget to top can take a while

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There should be an easy way to drag a dashboard widget to the top of the list of widgets.

Describe the solution you'd like Should design a way to bring it to the top quickly:

1. allowing the user to use arrow keys or click on arrow keys to move the position of a widget
2. add a "move to top" button
3. add a small grid that is a miniature representation of the actual dashboard, where the user can control where they want the widget.
