Table info tooltip stays open

Describe the bug When switching tables in the report view. Sometimes the tooltip describing the table won't go away.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go create a new report
2. Open select box by clicking on the question mark next to the table name so tooltip pops up, select a new table
3. Do this a few times.
4. Notice eventually the tooltip gets stuck open.

Expected behavior Tooltip goes away when you leave the ? mark
