Error after setup

Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Access denied in C:\xampp\htdocs\aria2\Client.php:317 after I setup code in localhost, please help me!

Accès Denied... Isn't il relates to any rights ? I See you are running it on Windows, I think Aria2c si running site a specific user, and does not have access to the htdocs directory, or at least has some writing authorization.
