how to get amount of data which was uploaded and downloaded?
Do you have any sample code for that? Can not find anything for this topic

Sorry, all I know is that data in the data tunnel is all data that is downloaded and uploaded.
One of the problem is that with the PacketTunnel I can not use connection by NetworkExtension with IPSec or IKEv2 right? I need to setup connection by proxy? I can not just plug in this PacketTunnel and listen to messages. Or do you know the scheme how it should work?
