unable to download s3dis

Hi, I'm having trouble download the s2dis dataset. I'm getting a proxy error for http://buildingparser.stanford.edu/dataset.html.

Does anybody know of an alternative source for the dataset?

I noticed that it is possible to use https://pytorch-geometric.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_modules/torch_geometric/datasets/s3dis.html, but the dataset seems to be in a different format.
