Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 非英语母语者在阅读英文文章时较为吃力，引入bionic-reading可以有效缓解这一问题

Describe the solution you'd like 在文章页面添加Bionic reading切换开关，就像android端的Read You 若Bionic Reading(R) 不提供开源免费服务，也可考虑采用https://github.com/Born2Root/Fast-Font。
