custom location for database directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This would allow syncing without having to use a service like inoreader by placing the directory in a cloud storage that I already use, such as pcloud / dropbox.

Describe the solution you'd like A GUI to configure the location for the database that is used for the feeds.
