Make it easier to distinguish read from unread items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I read an item and go back to the list of items, it's hard to know which was the item I just read. Only the small orange bubble disappears, which is hard to spot quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like It should be more obvious which items are read. Other readers I used do that by only using bold texts for the titles of unread items, which worked quite well for me.
