Description of changes:

Without PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes=ssh-rsa option SSH will fail with Permission denied (publickey) error

Это решение может быть небезопасным (см. описание релиза OpenSSH 8.8), более правильное решение — использовать SSH-ключи с другими алгоритмами, например ed25519.
