Flip the navigation arrow for RTL languages in iOS navigation tile

The package doesn't support RTL languages by default. The arrow needs to be flipped to the left.

Here are the RTL language codes to help you out

RTL_LANGS = ["ar", "arc", "dv", "fa", "ha", "he", "khw", "ks", "ku", "ps", "ur", "yi" ]
