Practice Mode automatically turns on no fail mode.

I was trying to play a song in party mode at 125% and for some reason no fail mode automatically turned on even when i have it set to off in the settings. Is there a way to disable this? I'd like to be able to fail some of the sped up songs.

Update: If you don't restart the song and just change the speed, you can still fail the song, but you still take the no fail 30% decrease in score either way.
