Gravity Forms notifications activation / deactivation

Feature Request

When notification is enabled or disabled, we need to log that action too. The action performed on activation or deactivation seems to be handled in function update_notification_active, which then later calls GFFormsModel::update_form_meta( $form_id, $form['notifications'], 'notifications' );
