Update documentation for switch from gtest to doctest

Hi, as always: thanks for the nice work! I've just seen the switch from gtest to doctest in several projects. I just wanted to mention that the docs still mention gtest as required, so a case-insensitive search for "googletest" and "gtest" gives a number of results.
