Refactor vm box storage

We need to move from Isaax cdn dependency.

  1. Refactor versions json into version.json containing only iotit-box version and sha256
  2. Create new public repo for iotit-box containing this version.json
  3. Upload iotit-box.zip into releases
  4. Refactor iotit code to use new storage and hashing algorithm.
