How does RiboCode deal with Harringtonine treated data?

Hello,

I am wondering if I should consider withdrawing my harringtonine-treated cells from analysis when using RiboCode. While ribocode successfully calls P-Sites, I am curious if there is still a difference due to lower read density in the elongation phase when dealing with harringtonine.
