Right clicking on a folder should show "Create a new folder note" if one does not exist

It seems more natural to be able to right click and select the option from context menu to create a folder note.

I noticed that the Kanban plugin has this abilty. Perhaps there is an API 2022-02-11 at 15 30 00 ?

This would also enable creating folder notes on mobile.

+1 From the very start I miss the ability to create folder notes from mobile.

This suggestion would fix the problem.
