Triage Issue With Extracting Zip Artifacts

Tested manually and the default password has not changed, so need to figure out why this error occurred.

Also didn't like 3970a9da51b79112938bde8035d160b7. Triage might have changed their archiving format as file says it's a 7-zip archive data, version 0.4.
