mlget queries to InQuest take a long time

When mlget queries InQuest (https://labs.inquest.net/api), it gets stuck for a very long time, at least 30s or 1min. All the other queries are very fast. For example this query: mlget 206547178c018a7f4db353375eb0f8e6

Is it still behaving that way? I don't have access to that hash but upon running the test case - it found and downloaded the file in less than 2 seconds from Inquest.
