Lower case / upper case problem
The trigger of Combos should be small / upper case insensitive. I'm using the Keyboard in Turkish. The capital letter in Turkish is as follows:
i --> İ ğ --> Ğ ü --> Ü ö --> Ö ş --> Ş ç --> Ç
I have written "ifo" if capslock is on "İFO" as Keyword. And I'm writing correctly in the language I used. But ifo is not triggered into the combos. This is an annoying problem. I hope you can solve it.
You can define whether you want the keywords to be case-sensitive or not.
In the Preferences dialog, go to the Combos tab and change the value for Default case sensitivity to Case-insensitive. This will apply to all combos, unless you change the value individually for each combo (the case-sensitivity option is in your screenshot).

Why did you close the matter immediately? Have you solved the problem?
I closed the issue as screenshot showed that your were clearly in case sensitive mode, I thought the solution was easy. For clarity and preservation of information history, I will re-open this bug and close the new one you created.
