无法在：开始菜单、任务管理器（置顶）、通知及日历面板等窗口上拖拽出截图区域

在以上这几个界面，没法拉动矩形框，要想截图只能先在这几个界面外拉出矩形框，再往界面里边拖才有效果。

你用的是哪个版本的ScreenCapture? 操作系统是WIN11吗？

2.12 是win11 ，dev 预览版 image
