mods not installing at all

so idk what happened but whenever i click a file to add it into penumbra and then i click to install it and it just doesnt show up at all, any reason as to why? (it does this for all mod files i tried it with stuff i already had installed)

Again, after updating, restart the entire game not just relogging. Or if you encounter it past that please hop onto discord and provide more logs/info.
