No way to turn off the PLC/FEC?

I always appreciate your work for the Opus codec.

In these days, I try to decode a .opus file with packet loss and to turn on and off the PLC and FEC procedures but the PLC and FEC look turned on always.

Even though I removed the PLC-related functions defined in silk/PLC.c, it doesn't show difference.

May I know how to turn off the procedures?
