Made it a PIP package

For ease of use, I have made it so that you can install annotate_v as a pip package.

To install, cd to the root dir of the repo and run pip install -e . (for an editable install) or pip install . for a normal install.

The package can then be used such as

from annotate_v import Annotator

a = Annotator(...) # put in your kwargs
