Question about the imbalanced case-control ratio result of STAAR

Thank you for developing this great meta-analysis toolkit.

I am currently using the result from STAARpipeline with the null model in SPA mode, which only output the result below:

Burden(1,25) | STAAR-B(1,25) | Burden(1,1) | STAAR-B(1,1) | STAAR-B

I am confused by the description in the MetaSTAAR tutorial below:

Because I only obtained one batch of summary statistics, therefore I was wondering that does these results cope with the MetaSTAAR procedure?

Is there any utility could be applied to estimate the variance explained by the burden signal, which can be further applied to estimate or validate the statistical power of the burden signal?
