Feature request to change color of podcast name when a new episode is available

Hello, Thank you for creating this software. I subscribe to over 60 podcasts but don't listen to every episode. Would it be possible to change the color of the name of the podcast in the feeds column when a new episode is available. This would make it easier to know which feeds have new episodes instead of looking thru them all. Is there a way to do this that I am not aware of? Thank you
