Revert dependency to main branch of aerobulk + document steps

We are still depending on the PR branch from aerobulk, which has been merged since.

Just putting up a reminder to switch this back to main and document the procedure in the dev guide (#72) to not forget the git submodule commands needed (I keep having to relearn how to do this haha).
