Bump Fastlane minimum compatible version that works with modern AppStore Connect API

Since fastlane/fastlane/pull/14509 was published in 2.120.0 we need the version to being able to use Spaceship with modern AppStore Connect API. This version bump will prevent issues like fastlane/fastlane/issues/15671

Looks like all those failed checks can't be passed because of access rules of GitHub Actions's secrets. I've made the same PR in my fork and all checks have passed. Vyazovoy/xcode-install/pull/1
