Device causing Phantom Input: Harmonix Wireless Guitar Adapter

Its probably safe to say that all of these similar adapters will cause the same issue, but here are the details. This is the PS3 Rockband: The Beatles, 2 USB hub, Wireless Guitar adapter. Model: PGTSELEA3B, FCC ID: VFRPGTSELEA3B, IC: 7543A-PGTSELEA3B. I am unsure what other details I can provide, I could not located the device information from Device Manager. Fixed my issue the instant it was unplugged. I went months trying to solve this issue. At least I always knew when the internet would go out at home, my phone would blow up with notifications.
